Wildscale Labs LLC — Effective date: November 3, 2026 — Last updated: November 3, 2026

1. Who we are

Wildscale Labs LLC ("Wildscale Labs," "we," "us") is a limited liability company organized in the State of New Mexico, USA. Our business address is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE #10197, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. You can contact us at hello@wildscalelabs.com.

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit wildscalelabs.com, contact us, or use our services.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

We use personal information to: answer your messages; provide, manage and improve our services; send invoices and handle payments; keep records and meet legal and tax obligations; protect our website and business from misuse; and, where you have agreed or the law allows, send updates about our services or courses. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

4. Amazon Ads data

When a client authorizes our application through Login with Amazon, we access that client's Amazon Ads account data (such as profiles, campaigns, keywords, bids, budgets and performance reports) only to provide the advertising services the client asked for. We keep it separate for each client, we do not sell it or share it with third parties except our hosting provider and, only if the client switches it on, an AI provider used to analyze that client's own data, which does not use it to train its models. A client can revoke access at any time from their Amazon account or by writing to us; we then delete their Amazon Ads data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records.

5. Legal bases (for people in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland)

Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing services you ask for); legitimate interests (running and securing our business, answering enquiries, keeping records); legal obligation (tax and accounting); and consent (for example, optional marketing emails or non-essential cookies). You can withdraw consent at any time.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms, such as: website hosting (Cloudflare); email and communication tools (Cloudflare for email routing and Microsoft for the mailbox); payment and invoicing providers (our bank and payment processors); and for our online courses, a third-party merchant of record, which we will name here before any course goes on sale. The merchant of record acts as the seller and handles payments, invoicing and sales tax or VAT for those purchases under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also share information where the law requires, to protect rights or safety, or in a business transfer such as a sale or merger.

When we work inside a client's advertising account, we use the access the client gives us only to provide the services, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

7. International transfers

We are a U.S. company and we work remotely with people and businesses around the world. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries, which may have different data protection laws from your own. Where the law requires, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers.

8. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work.

9. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Business and tax records are usually kept for at least 7 years. Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted after 24 months.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to: access your personal information; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its use; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw consent. If you live in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you live in California or another U.S. state with a privacy law, you have similar rights under that law, and we do not discriminate against you for using them. To use any of these rights, email hello@wildscalelabs.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, such as access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Reporting a security or privacy issue. If you find a security vulnerability, suspect that data (including Amazon Ads data) has been accessed or used without authorization, or have a privacy concern, email hello@wildscalelabs.com with the subject "Security or privacy report". We acknowledge reports within 2 business days, investigate them, keep a record of each report and what we did, and tell you the outcome. If an incident affects a client's data, we notify that client and, where required, Amazon and the relevant authorities without undue delay.

12. Children

Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
